New Home: Receive $250 Towards an EnerGuide Rating Plans evaluation (fee’s vary on size and complexity of the home)

Existing Home: Receive $125 Towards a follow up Evaluation to receive your home energy rebates. (typical cost $200)

15-25% Mortgage Insurance Rebate – Home buyers can access rebates with CMHC or Genworth, by getting an Energy Audit/EnerGuide Rating, showing efficiency improvements. It’s that easy.
