Our Energy Advisors are still working ! We would like to let you know that Capital Home Energy is still open for business. We will continue to provide excellent service under this “new normal” with the majority of our team working remotely.
We will continue to do site visits, as we understand the importance of keeping your job sites on schedule.
As the COVID-19 situation continues to develop, we thought we would share some best practices and our policies for site visits. These policies are put in place to help reduce Coronavirus transmission risks.
During these truly unique times, extraordinary measures need to be taken for the health and well-being of everybody in our communities, offices, and job sites.
Until further notice, we will be continuing site visits and evaluations under certain conditions only:
Please restrict access to the house to 1 person only while we do the evaluation. We will do our best to make it quick to avoid any disruption.
Try to maintain a minimum of 2 meters physical distancing from other people, and refrain from unnecessary physical contact such as shaking hands.
Please have hand sanitizers or sinks with water and soap available for trades to wash their hands when they enter and exit the job site.
Please be advised that our Energy Advisors may refuse to proceed if those conditions are not respected.
