Deso Properties
Net Zero Multiplex – Main & Park

Discover Deso Properties’ latest CHBA Net Zero Vancouver multiplex project—a collection of four 3-bedroom plus flex townhomes with walk-out yards. There is even a detached suite with a private deck. Deadline for Canada Greener Homes GRANT

Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has provided an update on the new deadline implemented on all outstanding Greener Homes Grant participants. All retrofits, evaluations and document submissions MUST be completed prior to December 31, 2025 to receive the grant payment.

Deadline for 2023 New Homes Program

Projects pre-registered under the 2023 (and older) New Home Programs must reach occupancy by December 31, 2025. Rebate applications are due within 6 months of completion or by June 30, 2026, whichever comes first.

This will ensure a quicker turnaround time for your reports!We recommend contacting us for your mid-construction test just before the insulation starts.
