2021 proved to be another challenging year in the building industry. From supply chain issues, inflation, to major weather events, it was an interesting year to say the least. However, through it all, I’m amazed and impressed how resilient Canadians are. Our thoughts and prayers go out to our fellow BC residents who were affected by the recent flooding this fall. For some, it’s going to be a very challenging time to rebuild and regroup.
I would like to extend my gratitude to our clients, family, and friends for their continued support. We’ve grown strong as a company throughout the past year and added new Energy Advisors to our team. Our amazing group of professionals has been the key to another successful year!
In 2020, I predicted 2021 we would see an increase in CHBA Net Zero homes, but I wasn’t expecting them to take off like they did. We saw a 50% increase in Net Zero/Ready homes this year, and therefore my top trend for 2022 will be Net Zero housing again.
This is the time of year to embrace our freedoms, and to come together to enjoy the holidays.
Merry Christmas, and we look forward to working together in the New Year.
We will be closed for the Holidays from December 23rd and will reopen on January 3th, 2022.
