– Ability to read architectural plans
– Building Science knowledge
– Strong computer skills
– Knowledge of Microsoft office
– Self-driven to succeed
Other Requirements:
– Valid BC driver’s license
– Successful passing of the NRCan’s Foundation Exam
– Knowledge of the EnerGuide Rating System
